Handle high temperature and pressure
FS seal is a kind of rubber casing and tubing hanger seal with relatively large cross-section and spring elastomer for wellhead, and its inner surface is always equipped with spring.
FS seals can be used to cope with rough surfaces and large dimensional and geometric tolerances of casing and tubing.
The sealing material used for the wellhead needs to withstand a pressure of up to 1034 bar (15000 psi) and a temperature of 149 º C (300 º f).
All our FS seals have been tested as required and have the following parameters:
Gas test pressure: 0 to 690bar (0 to 10000 psi)
Temperature: - 18 to 121 ° C (0 to 250 ° f)
Test medium: nitrogen
